Monex USA is looking for a bright, skilled, and highly motivated Salesforce Developer to develop and enhance our internal Salesforce applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce development, with a strong focus on Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (formerly Pardot). As a Salesforce Developer, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into efficient and scalable Salesforce solutions. Responsibilities
- Work closely with our Sales, Operations, Client Services, Compliance and Marketing teams to efficiently develop Salesforce software solutions to increase business effectiveness.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
- Lead the implementation, optimization, and troubleshooting of Marketing Cloud Account Engagement to ensure seamless synchronization with Sales Cloud.
- Implement and maintain integrations between Salesforce, Tableau, ERPs, trading platforms, and third-party applications.
- Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports to deliver business intelligence and actionable insights for Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams.
- Monitor and troubleshoot Einstein Activity Capture sync issues to maintain accurate and real-time activity data for sales and marketing teams.
- Work closely with our Business Analyst and business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into technical specifications and Salesforce solutions.
- Coordinate with other Monex companies to collectively build global Salesforce components.
- Optimize system performance and ensure data integrity by identifying and resolving technical issues and implementing best practices.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, and proactively recommend improvements and enhancements to our Salesforce instance.
- Participate in code reviews, documentation, and knowledge sharing activities to ensure high-quality deliverables and maintain a robust Salesforce development environment.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4+ years of Experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
- Experience with corporate Salesforce development and implementations.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and SOSL.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations, including REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
- Solid understanding of the Salesforce security model, data modeling, and deployment processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Extensive experience with Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, including managing sync processes, resolving connector issues, optimizing Engagement Studio flows, configuring page actions, lead scoring, and grading models, as well as building and maintaining email campaigns, segmentation lists, forms, landing pages, and generating reports for marketing insights.
- Experience with Einstein Activity Capture for email tracking, automation, and syncing activities between Salesforce and external email systems to improve engagement insights.
- Experienced in Tableau setup, integration, and reporting, including configuring Tableau Server/Tableau Cloud, developing interactive dashboards for Sales & Marketing teams, and ensuring data accuracy and performance optimization.
- Experience with Salesforce Einstein for Sales.
- Experience with Jira, Agile development methodologies and Project Tracking Software.
- Salesforce Developer certification(s) such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II.
- Experience with Salesforce development and implementations for global enterprises.
- Experience working in the financial services industry, particularly within foreign exchange, core banking or payments.

- The annual salary range is $100,000 to $120,000 based on experience with a 10% annual bonus.
