Monex USA is looking for a Dealing and Client Service Associate to handle pre and post-transaction inquiries for both internal and external customers. The role will be responsible for responding to incoming calls and emails in accordance with agreed service level agreements and quality standards whilst delivering a high-quality customer experience. In addition to supporting external customers directly, this role will provide support to the internal dealing desk and work closely with the back-office operations team to facilitate a harmonious flow of information internally and externally. This position plays a key role in providing a first-class experience to internal and external customers.
Responsibilities:
Processing of offline transactions through phone and email correspondence
Setup and configuration of client accounts, authorized users, wire templates, etc.
Troubleshooting and follow-through of customer inquires
Acting as a liaison between back-office operations and external customers
Accepting and assisting with inbound and outbound calls and emails from clients
Providing support for mass communications and other marketing campaigns
Providing support to dealing desk by handling calls, email, and order entry overflow
Requirements:
Four-year college degree
High level of attention to detail
Work effectively in a team environment
Strong communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Fluent in Spanish
Previous work experience in a customer support setting is preferred.

Compensation:
The annual salary starts at $46,500 base with commissions historically paid out in the range of $20,000 - $25,000 plus bonus.
