Monex is looking for an API Implementation Specialist to lead the technical onboarding and integration of new and existing clients onto Monex's Embedded Solutions and digital product suite, including mass payment solutions, API, and online/white-labeled platforms. This role owns the client implementation lifecycle end to end — from requirements gathering through integration, training, and go-live — and serves as the technical subject matter expert bridging Monex's product and internal teams with clients' business needs.
Responsibilities

- Become a SME (subject matter expert) on product functionality, workflows, and technical integrations. Collaborate with Monex's internal functions to ensure technical solutions operate within Monex's workflow framework.
- As an SME, support both sales and account management during overall client lifecycle.
- Serve as the bridge between Monex's technical solutions and the clients' business needs. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their business processes and tailor implementations to their specific needs.
- Experience with Postman, JSON, REST APIs, and webhooks, with the ability to perform basic API testing, troubleshooting, and debugging for both new and existing implementations.
- Oversee the maintenance of current Monex systems including the back-office application and partner facing Monex Online tools.
- Learn and document procedures, processes, and protocols for Monex systems and applications.
- Work with internal stakeholders and external vendors to identify, design, and experiment on product enhancements based on testing, customer data, and market research.
- Identify product success metrics/business KPIs, analyze performance on a regular basis, and leverage data to identify key initiatives and features to improve program success, performance, and outcomes.

- Strong understanding of software integration concepts and the client implementation lifecycle (requirements gathering, configuration, testing, training, go-live).
- Excellent client-facing communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical business stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data and KPIs to guide product and process improvement.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple concurrent client implementations.
